Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we ask that you carefully review our cancellation policy before booking an appointment: Deposits and Payments: A £50.00 deposit is required upon arrival for all appointments. This deposit can be paid via cash or bank transfer and will be refunded when the studio is returned in good condition. Full Payment: Full payment for the appointment is required at the time of booking. Add-ons or additional services can be selected and paid for during the booking process. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% refund of the total booking cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Add-On Services: If you have purchased any add-on services (e.g., additional time or special services), please note that these are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, any payments made for add-ons will be subject to the same cancellation terms as your main appointment. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full payment will be retained. Access & Facilities: Please be aware that our studio is located on the first floor and does not have step-free access. While the studio is generally very quiet, it is in a shared building, and absolute silence cannot be guaranteed. However, past clients have reported no significant noise disruptions. Studio Terms and Conditions 1. General Information These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the studio ("Studio") and all services provided by C & C Lounge, located at Unit 9, 289 Kennington Lane, London, SE11 5QY. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Booking and Payment Deposit: A £50.00 deposit is required upon arrival for all appointments. This deposit can be paid via cash or bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the studio at the end of your appointment. Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for the scheduled appointment, including any add-on services. Payment can be made via [list payment methods]. Add-Ons: Add-on services (e.g., additional time, equipment, or special requests) are available at an extra cost. These will be charged separately and must be be paid on arrival at the studio. Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received (if applicable) and the appointment is scheduled on the calendar. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued, and the full amount will be retained. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability. 4. Studio Access Location: The studio is located on the first floor of the building. Please note, there is no step-free access to the studio. Quiet Environment: The studio is generally quiet, but as it is a shared building, we cannot guarantee absolute silence. Previous customers have reported minimal disturbances, but noise cannot be completely avoided. 5. Conduct and Use of Studio Behavior: All clients must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while using the studio. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund. Studio Condition: Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Any damages to studio equipment or property will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacement. Personal Items: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the studio. Please keep your belongings with you at all times. 6. Health and Safety Safety: The client agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the studio. This includes adhering to any safety instructions for the use of equipment and ensuring personal safety at all times. Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment and refrain from coming to the studio. We ask that clients respect the health and safety of others in the shared building. 7. Liability Limitation of Liability: C & C Lounge will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your appointment, except in cases of negligence on the part of the studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless C & C Lounge from any claims. Force Majeure: The studio is not liable for any cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or emergencies. 8. Privacy and Data Protection Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of scheduling and managing your appointment. Data Protection: C & C Lounge complies with all applicable data protection laws to ensure your personal information is secure. 9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before booking. 10. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Health & Safety

We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment where clients can enjoy their sessions without risk of injury or harm. This policy outlines the health and safety measures in place to protect everyone within our studio. 2. General Health and Safety Responsibilities Studio Management: The management team at C & C Lounge is responsible for the overall health and safety of the studio. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Staff Responsibilities: All staff members are trained to identify and mitigate risks, follow safety protocols, and ensure that the studio environment is safe for all clients. Staff are also responsible for reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to management immediately. Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines during their session, use equipment properly, and report any injuries, discomfort, or safety concerns to staff immediately. 3. Studio Environment and Equipment Cleanliness: We ensure that C & C Lounge is kept clean and tidy at all times. High-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches, equipment) are regularly sanitized to maintain a hygienic environment. Equipment Safety: All studio equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure it is in good working order. Clients are provided with instructions on how to safely use any equipment, and are expected to do so in a manner that avoids injury. Emergency Exits: Emergency exits, fire safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits), and evacuation procedures are clearly marked throughout the studio. Regular checks are conducted to ensure that exits are accessible at all times. 4. Client Health and Safety Guidelines Health Declaration: All clients are required to complete a health declaration form prior to their first visit to C & C Lounge. This form helps ensure the studio can accommodate any specific health needs or conditions that may affect their session. Medical Conditions: Clients with medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, allergies, joint issues) are advised to consult a medical professional before using studio equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the studio of any changes to their health or medical conditions prior to booking. Illness: If you feel unwell, have symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough), or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling due to illness will incur no extra charges. Physical Activity: Clients are reminded to listen to their bodies and avoid overexertion. If at any point during your session you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop immediately and inform staff. 5. Emergency Procedures First Aid: A fully stocked first aid kit is available on-site at C & C Lounge, and staff are trained in basic first aid and CPR. In the event of an emergency, staff will provide assistance and call emergency services if needed. Fire Safety: In the event of a fire or emergency evacuation, clients and staff should follow the established fire evacuation plan. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and regular fire drills are conducted. Accidents and Injuries: Any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to staff. An incident report will be completed, and appropriate action will be taken. Emergency medical assistance will be sought if necessary. 6. COVID-19 and Infectious Disease Protocols Hygiene: Hand sanitizing stations are provided at the entrance and throughout C & C Lounge. Clients must sanitize their hands before using any equipment. Face Masks: Face masks may be required depending on local guidelines and the nature of the session. Clients will be informed in advance if mask-wearing is mandatory. Social Distancing: We request that clients maintain appropriate social distancing where possible. Client numbers may be limited during busy times to ensure the safety of everyone in the studio. Cleaning Protocols: All equipment and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Clients are encouraged to wipe down equipment after use with disinfectant wipes, which will be provided. 7. Studio Accessibility Access for All: C & C Lounge is located on the first floor of the building, and unfortunately, there is no step-free access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you require assistance with access, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements where possible. 8. Monitoring and Review This Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains up-to-date with current health regulations and best practices. We will continuously monitor risks and introduce any new measures necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all. 9.
